On a cold January morning, crew from the Carrier IKE spent over two hours making the community of Cavalier Manor, the City of Portsmouth, the state of Virginia, the United States of America and the World a cleaner, better place to live. This cleanup effort was coordinated by the Clean City Commission with material support being provided by the Department of Stormwater Management. We thank you all!
